We are looking for talents in the following positions:

Associate Engineer (Mechanical)

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule and control the daily operations of the heavy equipment assembly Sections.
• Manage technician in the execution of mechanical equipment assembly works with the desired quality, lowest cost, using the most efficient methods, safest process to ensure prompt delivery.
• Ensure material availability for the jobs.
• Initiate, assign work and monitor jobs to the technician every morning and throughout the day.
• Initiate corrective actions for non-conforming jobs by liaising with the relevant person involved.
• Preparation of the required reports and ensuring the discipline of technicians
• Initiate recommendation for purchase of service/ tooling/ work equipment when the need arises.
• To manage good housekeeping practice of the workshop and premise.

Job Requirements:
• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skill on mechanical equipment is essential
• Minimum three years hands-on experience, preferable with hands-on hydraulics equipment assembly and servicing experience

Associate Engineer (Electrical)

Job Responsibilities:

• To perform day to day manpower planning and allocation of work
• Supervise a team of electricians and monitor work progress including project milestone and servicing schedules
• Ensure that test or commissioning report is prepared after each testing
• Initiate corrective actions for non-confirming jobs by liaising with the
relevant personnel and/or department
• Exhibit good work discipline and housekeeping habits and adhering to all safety regulation and house rules at all times
• Assist in the mechanical / hydraulic work such as repair, service or trouble-shooting as and when required
• Provide basic hands-on training for new apprentice or trainee

Job Requirements:
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Preferably with 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical servicing field
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin preferred
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
• Work location is in Singapore

Associate Service Engineer (Hydraulics)

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule and monitor task which includes preparing manpower, job and test report
• Execute jobs/tasks in troubleshooting, repair, assembly, testing and commissioning of customized hydraulic equipment and systems
• Manage and lead a team of technicians and have direct work relationship with various sections in fabrication, assembly and projects team
• Execute material and parts lists by liaising with the Sales, Design & Purchasing Department

Job Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics
• Hands-on experience in industrial hydraulics and servicing of offshore hydraulic equipment are preferred
• Able to work / travel overseas on short notice
• Able to understand / read simple hydraulics schematic drawings

Engineering Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist / Support Electrical Manager and Engineers in daily documents administration
• Register, distribute and file all documentations related to the execution of projects
• Prepare required engineering documents for proper distribution
• Establish and managing the database and controlling of documentations (hardcopy and softcopy)

Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical or a related field
• With some working experience in documentation control and administration function
• Basic knowledge on Autocad drawing
• Able to read Engineering drawing

Drafter

Job Responsibilities:

• Create 3D CAD solid modelling from design sketches, mark-ups or other references
• Create machine layouts, 2D detail assembly and sequence drawing and BOM’s in conformance to applicable design drafting standards
• Perform basic level engineering calculations and develop basic understanding of mechanical engineering design principles
• Organize project drawings and specifications

Job Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Ability to handle drafting and modelling software
• Knowledge of standard drafting techniques
• Candidates with work experience in the 2D / 3 D drafting using Autodesk Inventor & AutoCAD will be an advantage
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field

Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable to achieve optimum sales results through proper planning and execution of good sales initiatives for better accomplishment.
• Be project oriented and liaise with sales support personnel for sales leads to ensure smooth completion of sales transaction.
• Handle sales tenders, quotations, presentations, proposals with strategies to secure sales projects.
• Develop products brand name in line with sales targets/objectives.

Job Requirements:
• At least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years experience in sales and marketing within marine or offshore industry.
• Possess good application knowledge of industrial/heavy equipment.
• With proven track records in sales accomplishments.
• Able to travel on short notice.

Sales Engineer

Reports to the Sales Manager and be part of our dynamic management team, the successful candidate will be fully responsible to increase the sales volume and market share of our products within the Asia region.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle sales tenders, quotations, presentations, proposals with strategies to secure sales projects.
• Be project oriented and liaise with sales support personnel for sales leads to ensure smooth completion of sales transaction.
• Attend to all sales enquiries and assist clients in providing engineering solutions on product applications/issues.
• Develop products brand name in line with sales targets/objectives.

Job Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing within marine or offshore industry.
• Possess knowledge of industrial/heavy equipment.
• Proven track records in sales accomplishments.
• Training will be provided to fresh graduates

Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist project manager in managing and monitoring the project progress to meet technical requirements and time schedule with high quality standard and cost effectiveness
• Attend to daily tasks relating to project and customer’s requirements and work closely with the engineering, operation and sales departments
• Manage sub-contractors and vendors on cost, quality and schedule issues
• Prepare the project schedule and progress report and alert higher management on the project risk when occurred
• Maintain the proper documentations including quality control document throughout the project cycle

Job Requirements:
• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical/ Mechatronics / Marine Engineering
• Min. 3 years related experience within marine offshore / heavy industry working environment
• Prefer to be familiar with AutoCad and project management software
• Excellent organizational skill

Electrical Design Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Produces complete controls solutions and electrical design packages based on customer specification, and standardized design practices.
• Formulates and produces complete electrical design package such as detailed schematics, cable routing diagrams, panel layouts, bills of materials, and purchase of material.
• Designs and implements HMI or PLC programs specific to customer and project requirements.
• On site testing and commissioning (local & overseas).
• Assist in the manufacturing and commissioning stage to provide solution for any technical or functional problems.
• Document control, project monitoring and drafting of electrical diagram

Job Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Control & Instrumentation/Electrical/IT Engineering or equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in control systems design, preferably in the marine & offshore field.
• Strong trouble-shooting, problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of PLCs, HMI and VFD would be an advantage.

Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Design wide range of mechanical / structure / hydraulics system
• Analyze and interpret design schematics including hydraulics schematics
• Direct accountability in managing individual efficiency and on schedule completion of work
• Work closely with the Sales, Projects and Operations Department
• Adhere to design and process system in accordance with ISO 9001 guidelines and to constantly monitor and upgrade our quality standards

Job Requirements:
• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Pipe Engineering with 3 yor more years relevant experience
• Experience with P & ID and pipe routing design
• Good hydraulic knowledge using AutoCad 2D & 3D design

QC Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection on final assembled mechanical associated products
• Verify material certificates and test reports to ensure incoming material conforming to specifications and conduct material testing when required
• Schedule and implement inspection and testing plan
• Maintain inspection records, quality related / updated documents, codes, standards and specifications
• Review and interpretation of welder qualification, WPS, PQR. and NDT results

Job Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, preferably with minimum 2 years relevant experience within the oil and gas industry.
• Able to interpret engineering specifications as well as technical drawings
• Prefer to be a certified welding inspector and ASNT certification holder
• Being independent and able to work as a team.
• Able to converse in Mandarin
